OneCard is India’s leading credit card issuer, serving over 25 million users. OneCard acquires and manages credit cards end to end. The current app was not designed to support this breadth of features

after launching, onecard really leaned into metal as its core feature. this approach helped the brand attract a wide customer base, both through its app and the card itself.

philosophy
The main goals were to improve visibility and discoverability. Users often did not know about the key features or weren’t entirely sure how to use them.
Navigation Philosophy
the idea was to surface or start any feature within three levels, labeled l1, l2, and l3.

each feature was designed to follow its own lifecycle, tailored to the user's current state, whether they were first-time, dormant, or active users.

The new navigation is defined by five clear tabs, making it easier to discover features and use them intuitively

The strength for OneCard customers was “Around You,” a dynamic, impulse-friendly feature that surfaces nearby offers anytime, anywhere, in just a few taps

Pay in parts to convert outstanding balances into easy monthly installments, reducing cognitive load and effort.

Users can control spending with budget goals, define a regret‑free amount, and let the app keep them on track

homepage
A complete new and revamp homepage which is multi-facetted and interactive.
